At Light Your Home, we want your space to shine perfectly; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned lighting fixtures must be in their original packaging, uninstalled, and in resalable condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully repack the fixture in its original box with all internal protective padding, hardware, and instruction manuals included to prevent transit damage.
Affix Shipping Label
Securely attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping barcodes are completely covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
