What happens if my light fixture arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost.
Do your lamps and pendants include light bulbs?
To allow you to choose your preferred color temperature, most of our fixtures do not include bulbs unless specified in the product description. We recommend using LED bulbs for energy efficiency.
How long does shipping take for oversized chandeliers?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For oversized items or heavy chandeliers, please allow 10-14 business days for specialized freight delivery to ensure the safety of your product.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all lighting fixtures in their original packaging. Please note that installed or modified fixtures cannot be returned for a refund.
Are your lighting products compatible with dimmer switches?
Most of our hardwired fixtures are dimmable as long as you use dimmable bulbs and a compatible wall switch. Please check the 'Specifications' tab on the product page for specific model details.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we do not provide direct installation, all products come with a detailed mounting guide. We strongly recommend hiring a licensed electrician for all hardwired ceiling and wall installations.
